Privacy policy
Last updated October 25, 2026
This website is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. It has no accounts, no forms and no analytics or advertising trackers. This policy explains the limited information that is processed and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is operated by Pineyard Group (“Pineyard”, “we”, “us”). Pineyard Group is a general partnership organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. It is not incorporated and is not registered as a company in any jurisdiction. Pineyard decides how and why the personal information described here is used.
For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@pineyard.group.
What we collect and why
Technical data from your visit. When you load a page, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the page, keep the site secure and prevent abuse. We do not use it to identify or profile visitors.
Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and anything you choose to include. We use it only to reply, to keep a record of the conversation and, where necessary, to protect our legal rights.
No tracking. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, session recording or social media plugins, and this site does not set cookies of its own or store information on your device. Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie; see our cookie policy.
Typefaces and all other assets are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact third-party font or content services when you visit.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
- We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
- We do not collect sensitive personal information.
- This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Who receives your information
Our service providers process information on our behalf and only on our instructions: our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc., which serves this site from its global network, usually from the data center nearest to you) and our email provider. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
How long we keep it
Server and security logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, typically no more than 30 days. Correspondence is kept while we deal with your enquiry and for up to three years afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email privacy@pineyard.group from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner if your local law requires it. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Because we do not track visitors, there is nothing to opt out of. Browser signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected by default.
Visitors outside the United States
Pineyard is based in the United States, and information is processed there. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on our legitimate interests to run a secure website and to answer your messages (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), and on your consent for any optional cookies (Article 6(1)(a)). You also have the rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS) with modern security headers. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so that there is little to protect.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this website.
